Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery time and cost

• Standard shipping: $4.95, delivered in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or severe weather.

Multiple parcels

Our products ship from a US partner warehouse and some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@aeluneskin.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund your order.

Wrong address or missing parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we will help.
